For team leads & brokerages

Built for teams.

Per-seat $25–$55. Ace Trove for your whole team starts at $49/mo. No setup. No sales calls.

FUB Marketplace certified Fair Housing trained We never train public models on your data

Five steps. No sales call.

The signup flow is the same for a solo agent and a 50-seat brokerage. The admin connects FUB once for the account; each agent signs in as themselves the first time they open Ace.

Admin signs up free.

One admin starts an account at followupace.com. No credit card. No call.

Connect Follow Up Boss.

One OAuth click. Ace reads your FUB users, stages, fields, and pipeline.

Enable Ace inside FUB.

Add Ace as an embedded app in Follow Up Boss. Now it lives in the contact pane your team already uses.

Each agent connects as themselves.

Every member of your FUB team gets a free Ace account automatically — logged in via FUB context, no separate signup. The first time they open Ace, each agent connects their own Follow Up Boss login once — that’s how Ace sees exactly what Follow Up Boss lets that agent see, and nothing more. Admins, owners and brokers are covered by the account connection.

Add seats & Ace Trove.

Per-seat purchases by admin or agent. Ace $25 / Ace Pro $55. Ace Trove flat-rate, account-wide, on top of at least one paid seat. Whenever you're ready.

One queue. One dollars-at-risk number. One next move.

Everything the team must act on now, in a single queue — sorted by triage severity, or flipped to $ at risk for a biggest-dollars-first worklist. That dollar lens is Revenue Guard. Surfaced the moment something breaks — not at the next monthly review.

The dollars-at-risk lens, inside one queue.

Stop staring at four dashboards trying to figure out why this month felt off. Flip Command Center to the $ at risk sort and Revenue Guard ranks the biggest cracks first — with the estimated GCI at stake on each one, sized from your team's own median commission.

  • One account-wide GCI at risk (est.) number — the same figure on Overview, Team Cockpit, and Book of Business.
  • Four filter chips: leads waiting, deals slipping, going cold, sphere ghosting.
  • Inline WHY on every row, sized in real dollars — not abstract percentages.
  • Open in FUB, or one-click Coach: message the agent, open a follow-up task, log the note.
  • Alerts read like a person wrote them — “Reconnect Follow Up Boss”, “Scores not written to Follow Up Boss” — and a repeat of the same agent alert folds into the open one instead of piling up.

Funnel and deals — one view, benchmarked.

The Pipeline view puts your lead funnel and your deal pipeline side by side, with industry reference ranges per stage. Spot the leak. Know whether it's you or the market.

And it speaks your language: Ace understands your team's custom stage names — whatever you renamed "Under Contract" to — and tracks appointments as first-class outcomes (set, held, no-show), so mid-funnel numbers reflect how your team actually works.

New: the Quiet Deal Radar on the Deal Pipeline tab. Every call, text, email, note and appointment is attributed to the deal it lands under, so Ace can flag open deals with no attributed activity in 7 / 14 / 30+ days — with the estimated commission sitting untouched. A deal can be months from its close date and still be quietly dying; this catches it before the date slips.

The patterns that bleed revenue, codified. One toggle each.

The most common ways commission slips away, turned into one-toggle automations. Flip on the ones that fit your team, or build your own on top — every automated send passes a Fair Housing scan first.

Speed-to-Lead 5-min

5-minute response timer + in-app alert + escalation when SLA slips on a new lead.

24h No-Reply

Flags leads who haven't been re-engaged within 24h. Surfaces who and which channel.

Stale High-Value

High-score leads that have decayed past their stage threshold. Triggers reassignment or rescue.

Ghost Seat

Catches paid seats that aren't actively using Ace — before billing surprises anyone.

Agent Slip Critical

One-day-look-ahead alert when an agent's pipeline trajectory drops below team baseline.

Agent Dormant 3d

Agents who haven't logged a meaningful activity in 3 days. The earliest reliable churn signal we've seen.

How is each agent actually working? Now you know.

Follow Up Boss logs the activity. Ace turns it into per-agent answers — production, response speed, slipping deals, and what the predictive models say about each agent's book — in one cockpit, or as a question to Claude.

Ace Trove Team Cockpit — per-agent production, first-response median, slipping-deal GCI (est.), flagged-agent detection, and the Effort Split showing each agent's deal-work vs lead-gen share.
Team Cockpit — every agent on one screen, with the model's read on each book. Product view, sample data.

Team Cockpit

The whole team on one screen — now with the model's read per agent: average Win Score of their book, churn exposure, modeled GCI (est.), and who needs attention today. The same numbers whether you open the dashboard or ask your AI assistant for the team cockpit.

Coverage gaps per agent

The deals nobody's losing loudly: each agent's high-win contacts going untouched and engaged contacts going cold, sized in estimated GCI — so you coach the gap before it becomes a lost quarter.

Production by agent

Won GCI, closed deals, and pipeline per agent — YTD, QTD, MTD — computed from your real FUB deals, with "Closed Lost" never miscounted as a win.

Response time per agent

Each agent's first-response median and 90th percentile, plus the share of new leads answered under 5 minutes — shown against your own team's baseline, not an abstract industry number. Coach the tail.

At-risk deals by agent

The dollars-at-risk lens groups slipping deals by owner, with the estimated GCI at stake on each — so the Monday conversation is specific, not vibes.

Effort Split — deal work vs lead gen

Every agent activity is attributed to the deal it's pushing — or counted as lead-gen work pushing toward the next one. The cockpit's Effort Split shows each agent's deal-work share, so you can see who's closing, who's prospecting, and who's doing neither. Inbound replies and Ace-authored records never inflate it.

Slip & dormancy alerts

The Agent Slip and Agent Dormant guards above fire on degradation patterns — you hear about the problem this week, not at quarter end.

Usage & Adoption

You bought the seats — is anyone sitting in them? Per-member usage with a Last Active column, so you can see who's getting value and who needs a nudge before renewal, not after.

You vs Market

Your Closed-deal share, speed to lead, and GCI per agent ranked against anonymized peer teams of similar size, region, and volume. No cohort publishes under 10 teams. How it works →

Appointment Follow-Up

Every appointment gets an outcome. After each one, Ace nudges the agent to debrief in their own chat — Ace asks, the agent answers in plain language, and the outcome, note, and follow-up task are written into FUB. Your view shows which past appointments are still missing an outcome (the default lens) with a one-click re-nudge.

Dynamic Smart List

You define what “work the right lead” means — drag ranking rules into priority order, tune thresholds, and every agent’s NOW / NEXT queue in the Companion follows it, with a live preview of the resulting call list as you tune. Seven base rules on every account; Ace Trove adds model-score rules.

The Ace Trove Brief — your morning email

A daily “how is my business going” email for admins: yesterday’s pulse (new leads, conversations, appointments set — each against your trailing week), pipeline movement, what needs your attention, and a per-agent snapshot. It stays quiet on quiet days — silence beats noise — and unsubscribing is one click.

Your agents get Ace outside Follow Up Boss, too.

Ace lives in the Follow Up Boss sidebar for everyone — and on a paid seat, each agent also gets a standalone Ace workspace they open on any device, no Follow Up Boss tab needed. Share one link: followupace.com/companion/login. They sign in with a one-tap magic link and get their alerts, pipeline, and coaching wherever they are — Ace seats include the NOW list, alerts, and tasks; Ace Pro unlocks the full workspace. Your admin dashboard works the same way, and installs like an app on your phone. The Follow Up Ace iPhone app is live and free on the App Store — iPhone and iPad, iOS 15.0+ — and on iOS it adds push alerts for newly assigned leads plus one-tap texting from the agent's own number, logged back to Follow Up Boss. There is no Android app; Android and desktop agents use the browser Companion. The iPhone app → See the full agent loop →

Ace builds the team’s work queues — and feeds the top of the funnel.

Ace Smart Lists. When your account connects, Ace deploys nine free Smart Lists straight into Follow Up Boss, shared with the whole team: never-contacted leads, hot leads, high-value going cold, a churn save list, slipping away, plus capture-signal lists for unrepresented open-house buyers, neighbors, proven advocates, and calculator budgets. Ace Trove adds six more — hot buyers, likely buyers, ready sellers, likely sellers, at-risk opportunities, and biggest opportunities by expected commission (est.) — for fifteen total. Each list is pre-ranked by the right Ace score, and thresholds adapt to your book. You stay in control from the dashboard: preview member counts, re-sync after changes, and switch off any list you don’t want — it stays off.

Lead Magnets. Publish a branded report page — home equity position (est.), home risk, local market, rate & payment, or seller timing — hosted for you and built on public data. Share it, run ads to it, or embed it on your site; visitors unlock the full report with consent-first capture and the lead is created in Follow Up Boss automatically, tagged and routed. Every account gets a free page; any paid seat or Ace Trove unlocks effectively unlimited pages, per-agent share links with automatic assignment, and full branding. See Lead Magnets →

Back Office. Commission and cap tracking computed off the deals already in Follow Up Boss, with agent retention signals beside them. Two things it deliberately will not do: it will not split a multi-agent deal — Follow Up Boss carries no split ratio, so the deal is credited in full to the primary agent and flagged as shared rather than divided by a number we made up — and it will not fill a missing signal with a zero. A commission figure computed from a modelled GCI basis rather than a recorded one is marked as an estimate, and an agent with no accountability or effort data is shown as having none, not as scoring zero. Ace Trove.

Per-seat. Plus a flat-rate brain.

Two seat tiers, one account-wide Ace Trove ladder. No per-message tax. No per-conversation gotchas. No contracts.

Fair Housing-trained AI on every response

Every AI response Ace writes itself — in the chat and in voice — follows a Fair Housing directive built on 80+ patterns. On the Claude / ChatGPT connector your AI client writes the reply, so Ace asks it to run our compliance scan before you send.

Code-scanned automations

Automations, Ace Autopilot and Zillow templates pass an 80+ pattern code-level scan before they send. A templated Automation email that fails is blocked with an admin alert in FUB; AI-written sends are rewritten or held for review.

AI disclosure and opt-out line added at send time

Ace Autopilot sends and templated Automation emails carry the AI disclosure and a reply-to-opt-out line at send time; drafts you review and send carry the disclosure only if your account opts in. The Equal Housing statement rides on the Zillow first-contact templates, and the CAN-SPAM physical address is yours to add. The compliance brief marks which footer each path carries.

Emails and phones tokenized in the Ace chat

In the Ace chat, contact emails and phone numbers are replaced with placeholder tokens before the prompt reaches the model. Drafting, typed classification and anything you ask Claude or ChatGPT through the connector receive the CRM text that task needs, and every vendor that sees it is named on our Sub-processor page. Each agent connects their own Follow Up Boss login, so agent permissions come from FUB. Full compliance brief →

Eight questions team leads ask first.

Do we have to schedule a demo?

No. Self-serve sign-up at followupace.com. The whole flow is admin signs up free, OAuth connects FUB, your team gets free accounts, and each agent connects their own Follow Up Boss login once. If you want a guided look first, run a free FUB Audit — that's read-only and gives you an A–F grade on your install in 5 minutes.

How do team members get accounts?

Automatically, the moment your admin connects Follow Up Boss. Every member of your FUB team gets a free Ace account, logged in via FUB context inside the embedded app pane. There's no separate signup, no invite emails, no seat assignments to manage on day one. The first time they open Ace, each agent connects their own Follow Up Boss login once — that is how Ace sees exactly what Follow Up Boss lets that agent see, and nothing more. Admins, owners and brokers are covered by the account connection.

Who pays for seats — the brokerage or the agent?

Either. Admins can buy seats team-pay (one Stripe subscription, billed to the brokerage), or agents can buy their own self-pay seat. Each seat is one or the other: a seat the team pays for is upgraded or changed by the admin, never by the agent, so nobody is double-billed. Mix freely — many teams cover Ace ($25) for everyone and move the agents who want the Claude / ChatGPT connector and voice to Ace Pro ($55).

How does Ace Trove pricing scale?

Flat monthly tier, account-wide, auto-quoted from your live FUB database size at signup. $49 (≤5k contacts) → $899 (≤500k contacts) across 6 named tiers, plus Custom for 500k+. Independent of seat count — one Ace Trove subscription covers the whole account, and it needs at least one paid Ace or Ace Pro seat. Higher tiers include more team dashboard seats for staff such as a transaction coordinator.

Can we cancel any time?

Yes. No contracts, no setup fees, no minimum-seat commitments. Monthly billing, cancel from the admin dashboard. Your FUB data stays in FUB — Ace stops processing, we retain your account record for 90 days, then we purge.

Is our data used to train AI?

No public model is trained on your data, and your records are never sold. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and ElevenLabs are contractually barred from training on it, and every vendor that sees CRM text is named on our Sub-processor page. Ace's own scoring models learn from de-identified outcome patterns pooled across accounts (stage history, response times, whether a lead closed), never names, contact details or message content. Your FUB contacts, conversation history, and notes stay yours. Full compliance brief →

What if our team is on a paid FUB plan vs Grow vs Pro?

Ace works on every paid FUB plan. The OAuth connects to your FUB workspace whatever plan it's on. Some FUB-tier-gated features (like custom fields written by Ace Trove) require a FUB plan that supports custom fields — we surface that requirement on the Ace Trove activation screen.

Do agents need anything installed locally?

No. Ace lives inside Follow Up Boss as an embedded app — the same place your team already works. The Claude / ChatGPT connector (Ace Pro) takes 60 seconds and is a paste-a-URL setup, no local install. Connector install guide →
