The problem: your CRM does not travel well, and its API keeps the good part to itself

Two things frustrate agents who live in Follow Up Boss. The first is mobility. FUB is excellent at the desk, but the moment you are in the car between showings or standing in a driveway, the native mobile experience feels thin — you want your priorities, your alerts, and someone to ask "what do I say to this seller?" in your pocket, not a stripped-down list.

The second is subtler and matters more. Follow Up Boss stores every call, text, and email you and your clients exchange — but its API does not hand the full message content to connected tools. You sign in with a magic link (no password to forget) at followupace.com/companion/login, and you land in a focused home base built for getting things done, not admin.

Inside, you get the parts of Ace an agent actually reaches for during the day:

• Your book of business — your contacts, ranked by what matters now rather than alphabetically, so the person to call is at the top.
• Alerts — leads waiting past their response window, deals slipping, relationships going quiet — the same signals Ace watches for you, synced live.
• Pipeline — your deals and where they actually stand, at a glance.
• Ace chat — ask Ace to prep you for a call, draft the follow-up, or tell you who is about to go cold, in plain language.

Because it is its own workspace, it is not trapped inside the CRM tab. And because it is a Progressive Web App, you can add it to your home screen — on iPhone, tap Share then "Add to Home Screen"; on Android, use "Install app" — and it opens full-screen like a native app, no App Store download required. That is the mobile experience agents keep asking Follow Up Boss for: your priorities and your assistant, one tap away, in the field.

The Companion is a paid perk and shines brightest on a Pro seat, where voice chat and the full depth of Ace's intelligence come along for the ride.

The Ace Chrome Bridge: give Ace the full conversation

The second release solves the content gap. The Ace Chrome Bridge is a small Chrome extension that, as you work normally inside Follow Up Boss, syncs the calls, texts, and emails you can already see on your own screen to your own Ace account. Nothing new is exposed; it captures exactly what is already in front of you in your CRM and forwards it to the intelligence layer you already pay for.

Why does that matter? Because it hands Ace the one thing the API withholds: the actual words. Once your conversation content is in your Ace account, Ace can reference what a lead really said — the objection they raised, the timeline they mentioned, the question you missed — instead of reasoning from timestamps and metadata. Your timeline stays fresh in real time instead of waiting on delayed updates, and every draft, summary, and next-best-action gets sharper because it is grounded in the real thread.

This is your data, in your own account — the CRM view you already have, flowing to the assistant you already use. The Bridge is a Pro capability, and a Pro seat or Ace Trove is where that fresh content pays off most.

Your data, your control — by design

We built the Bridge to be the opposite of a black box. It is optional, and it puts you in charge:

• Per-channel toggles. Sync calls, texts, and emails independently — turn any channel off and it stops.
• Pause anytime. One switch in the toolbar popup pauses everything; flip it back on when you want.
• Two addresses, nothing else. By design the extension runs on only two web addresses — followupboss.com (to read what you already see) and followupace.com (to send it to your account). No "access to all sites," no browsing history, no tabs-wide permission.
• Your account only. Your conversation content goes to your Ace account. It is not sold, not shared, not pooled.
