What You Bought: Ace, Ace Pro and Ace Trove

Updated October 14, 2026

Ace is sold in two parts. Each agent has a seat — Ace or Ace Pro — and the team can add one account-wide add-on, Ace Trove. This page puts all three side by side so you can see exactly what you bought, or what you are about to buy.

Ace — $25 a month per seat

  • Unlimited Ace chat inside Follow Up Boss
  • Your daily brief every morning — email and in-app
  • Next Moves — the best next play on every contact
  • AI memory — Ace remembers your clients and your voice
  • The Ace mobile workspace — iPhone app and browser: your ranked queue, alerts and tasks

Ace Pro — $55 a month per seat

Everything in Ace, plus:

  • The Claude / ChatGPT connector — Ace’s CRM tools inside Claude or ChatGPT, scoped to your own Follow Up Boss permissions
  • One-tap AI drafts — text, email and call script
  • Voice chat in Follow Up Boss and the Ace workspace
  • Unlimited AI memory
  • The Zillow speed-to-lead playbook
  • Search any contact and open their full history in the Ace workspace

The connector needs the seat you sign in with to be on Ace Pro (a seat held by an account admin also qualifies). Ace Pro seats your team bought for other people don't extend to your seat, and an Ace seat is turned away at sign-in. If a billed Ace Pro seat is moved down to Ace, the connector keeps working until the end of the Ace Pro period that was already paid for.

Ace Trove — an add-on for the whole team

Ace Trove adds account-wide intelligence and operations for your whole team.

  • Command Center — one act-now list for your whole team that you can sort by GCI at risk (est.)
  • Team Cockpit and Pipeline — every agent’s production, response time and deals side by side
  • Automations — ready-made follow-up rules you switch on one at a time
  • Ace Autopilot — opt-in outreach that starts as drafts for your review; its daily budget is set by your Ace Trove tier
  • Appointment Follow-Up — after each appointment, Ace nudges the agent to log how it went
  • Back Office — commission plans, cap tracking, agent retention and Transactions
  • Expected GCI (est.), Opportunity, Seller Tier and Buyer Tier fields on your contacts in Follow Up Boss, refreshed nightly
  • 15 Ace Smart Lists instead of 9 — saved, filtered contact lists Ace sets up inside Follow Up Boss

Ace Trove is an add-on for a team with at least one paid Ace or Ace Pro seat.

Ace Win Score, Churn Risk, your ranked list of who to contact next and the Knowledge Base stay free on every account.

The Ace fields on your contacts

Ace writes its scores to custom fields on your contacts in Follow Up Boss. Ace Win Score and Ace Churn Risk are on every account: every connected eligible account is scheduled nightly for them, whether free or on a paid seat. Ace Trove adds Ace Expected GCI (est.), Ace Opportunity, Ace Seller Tier and Ace Buyer Tier, refreshed nightly. What each field means: The Ace Custom Fields in Follow Up Boss: What Each One Means.

Free

An agent who isn’t on a paid seat is on Ace Free: 15 Ace messages a day, Ace Win Score and Churn Risk on their contacts, and the Knowledge Base. Ace can read the CRM and add notes; sending email and texts, creating tasks, appointments and templates, and editing contacts need a paid seat.

What Ace Trove costs

Ace Trove is a flat monthly price set by the size of your Follow Up Boss contact database. Seats are billed separately, per seat.

Every tier includes every Ace Trove feature. Higher tiers also include more team dashboard seats for staff such as a transaction coordinator, and a larger daily Ace Autopilot budget.

If your database stays above your tier’s limit, Ace sends a notice by email before any change.

Where to see what you have

  • Right after checkout: the Seats page opens with a summary of what you bought, seat by seat, and says what is not included — for example, if you bought seats but not Ace Trove.
  • Billing (profile menu, top right): your seat subscription and an Ace Trove card with your tier and status.
  • Each agent: in the Companion, open the settings gear, then Subscription. What your seat includes lists exactly what their seat unlocks.

Team-pay and self-pay

  • Team-pay: the account owner assigns the seat from Manage → Seats and pays for it on the team’s subscription. The agent doesn’t manage billing — where they’d see an upgrade button they see “Ask your admin.”
  • Self-pay: an agent on Free can upgrade themselves on their own card and then manages that subscription themselves, unless the owner assigns them a team seat.
  • Ace Trove is always bought and cancelled by the account owner. Who sees which buttons: Upgrade Buttons: Who Can Buy Seats and Ace Trove.

What turns off if you cancel

Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period. Cancelling seats drops those agents to Free (and turns off Ace Trove with the last paid seat); cancelling Ace Trove alone leaves every Ace and Ace Pro seat as it was. The full list is in Billing & Seat Management.
