What Ace Trove Unlocks in Your Admin Dashboard
Updated October 14, 2026
On an account without Ace Trove, every Ace Trove page is still in your admin menu, each with a marker that says what you’ll find. Nothing new appears when Ace Trove is switched on — the markers clear and the views open. This is the full map.
Needs Ace Trove (lock)
The whole view is part of Ace Trove. Without it you see a short preview of what it would show.
- Command Center
- Team Cockpit
- Pipeline
- Automations
- Autopilot
- Appointment Follow-Up
Free + Trove
Part of the view works on every account; Ace Trove adds the rest.
| Page | Free on every account | Added by Ace Trove |
|---|---|---|
| Book of Business | Win Score distribution and churn-risk panels | Opportunity classes, Seller and Buyer tiers, modeled GCI (est.), market benchmarks and the Opportunity Radar drill |
| Dynamic Smart List | The base ranking rules | Rules that rank by model scores (win probability, churn risk, Expected GCI (est.), likely buyers and sellers) and drafts waiting for review |
| Back Office | The Recruiting board (up to 15 active candidate cards) | Commissions, Transactions and Retention |
On every account
- Dashboard and Ace Relay
- Capture (Lead Magnets, Ace Forms, Client Packets, Ace Pages and the Leads inbox; each tool keeps its own free allowance)
- The Manage pages: Usage & Adoption, Setup Health, Knowledge Base, Quick Prompts, Integrations and Seats
Ace Win Score, Churn Risk, your ranked list of who to contact next and the Knowledge Base stay free on every account.
What a locked page looks like
A locked page shows a one-line explanation and, for the account owner, Add Ace Trove with a price quoted for your database size. Everyone else is asked to contact the owner instead — see Upgrade Buttons: Who Can Buy Seats and Ace Trove.
