The Ace Browser Bridge is a tiny Chrome extension that keeps your Follow Up Ace timeline fresh. As you work in Follow Up Boss, it syncs the calls, texts, and emails you can already see on your screen to your own Ace account — so your timeline and your intelligence stay current instead of waiting on delayed API updates. It is optional, pausable anytime, and runs only on Follow Up Boss.

1. Add the extension to Chrome.

   Once the Chrome Web Store listing is live, it's one click: Add to Chrome. Prefer not to wait? Your admin can distribute it, or a technical user can load the unpacked extension folder from chrome://extensions with Developer mode on.

2. Sign in to Follow Up Ace.

   Click the Ace icon in your toolbar and sign in with the email you use for Follow Up Ace — the same account as your Companion. No new password, no FUB API key. If you're already signed in to the Companion, you're already connected.

3. Work in Follow Up Boss as normal.

   That's it. As you open contacts and review conversations, the bridge quietly keeps your Ace timeline fresh in the background. Toggle calls, texts, or emails on and off — or pause everything — from the toolbar popup whenever you like.

What it captures — and what it never touches

• The call log, text threads, and email threads as they render on your Follow Up Boss person pages — the same data already on your screen.
• Which contact you're currently viewing, so your Companion and Ace tools can keep that person's context warm.
• Nothing outside Follow Up Boss. The extension has no access to your other tabs, browsing history, bookmarks, or any other website.
• No passwords, no keystroke logging, no screen recording, no third-party trackers or analytics beacons of any kind.
• It never sends your data anywhere except your own Follow Up Ace account. Not to us for training, not to any outside service.
