The Ace Dashboard on Your Phone

Your Ace admin dashboard now works on your phone — the full control room, sized for a smaller screen. Install it once and you can run your morning pulse, clear alerts, and ask Ace about your team from anywhere.

What it's good for on mobile

Your morning pulse. The daily-brief email lands first thing — tap through to Command Center to see your team's act-now queue, ranked by what needs attention and by dollars at risk.

Clear alerts anywhere. Acknowledge alerts and coach an agent between showings — the coaching note lands in that agent's Companion inbox, exactly like it does on desktop.

Ask Ace from your pocket. Tap the Ask Ace button to ask about a deal, an agent's book, or where revenue is slipping — the same assistant you use at your desk.

Install it on your phone

Installing puts Ace on your home screen and opens it full screen, like a native app.

iPhone or iPad (Safari): open followupace.com/admin, sign in, tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.

Android (Chrome): open the dashboard, tap the menu (three dots), then Install app — or tap the install banner if Chrome offers one.

Desktop (Chrome or Edge): click the install icon on the right side of the address bar.

Your agents get this too

Agents don't use the admin dashboard — they get their own Ace Companion, which installs the same way. Point your team at followupace.com/companion/login, or send them Log In to Your Ace Companion Anywhere.
