Log In to Your Ace Companion Anywhere

The Ace Companion is your workspace — alerts, pipeline, and coaching — and you don't need a Follow Up Boss tab open to use it. Sign in once on your phone or laptop and it's the dashboard you take with you.

What you get

The Companion carries the same three tabs you see beside Follow Up Boss: NOW (who to work next and why, with a ready-to-send draft), NEXT (your ranked work queue and opportunities), and DASH (your daily brief, your book, and your results) — plus an inbox where your team lead's coaching notes land. Signing in works on any paid seat; the full workspace is best on Pro, and free seats use Ace right inside Follow Up Boss.

  1. On your phone or computer, go to followupace.com/companion/login.
  2. Enter the same work email your team uses in Follow Up Boss and tap Email me a sign-in link.
  3. Open the email from Ace and tap the link. There's no password — the link signs you in and keeps you signed in on that device.

The link is single-use and expires in 15 minutes, so open it on the device you want to stay signed in on. Once you're in, you stay signed in on that device for about 30 days.

Add it to your home screen

After you're in, add Ace to your home screen so it opens like an app — full screen, one tap.

iPhone or iPad (Safari): tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.

Android (Chrome): tap the menu (three dots), then Add to Home screen — or tap the install banner if Chrome offers one.

Admins and agents

Agents get the Companion. Team admins have a separate dashboard — Command Center, Team Cockpit, pipeline, billing, and seats — at followupace.com/admin/login. Not sure which you are? Start at followupace.com/login and pick.

Troubleshooting

The link didn't arrive. Check your spam folder, confirm you used the same email your team uses in Follow Up Boss, and request a fresh link. For your security we send the link only to an active Ace seat and never reveal whether an address is on file — so a missing email usually means the address doesn't match an active seat.

"That link has expired" or "already used." Links are single-use and last 15 minutes. Just enter your email again to get a new one.

It signed me out. If you tapped Sign out in Settings, that's expected — request a new link to get back in. Otherwise sessions last about 30 days per device.
