Pro tips
- Ace reads your notes in full — ask "What do my notes say about this contact?" Ace cannot read call recordings, call transcripts, or email bodies (Follow Up Boss does not expose them), and for texts it can only see Follow Up Boss's single most recent message on the contact — so a two-line note after a call is the highest-leverage habit you can build.
- Get an instant briefing — open a contact and ask "Summarize and suggest next steps."
- Draft, then send — Ace always shows email and SMS drafts first. Say "yes" or "looks good" to confirm.
- Be specific — "Create a task to follow up about the Harbor Blvd offer by Thursday at noon" beats "create a task."
- Access controls apply — Ace follows the same access rules as Follow Up Boss, so you only see contacts you're allowed to.
