  • Ace reads your call transcripts (Pro) — ask "What did we talk about on our last call?" for a speaker-attributed summary.
  • Get an instant briefing — open a contact and ask "Summarize and suggest next steps."
  • Draft, then send — Ace always shows email and SMS drafts first. Say "yes" or "looks good" to confirm.
  • Be specific — "Create a task to follow up about the Harbor Blvd offer by Thursday at noon" beats "create a task."
  • Access controls apply — Ace follows the same access rules as Follow Up Boss, so you only see contacts you're allowed to.
