- Draft, then send — Ace always shows email and SMS drafts first. Say "yes" or "looks good" to confirm.
- Be specific — "Create a task to follow up about the Harbor Blvd offer by Thursday at noon" beats "create a task."
- Access controls apply — Ace follows the same access rules as Follow Up Boss, so you only see contacts you're allowed to.
