Usage & Adoption: Who's Getting Value from Ace

Usage & Adoption shows who on your team is getting value from Ace — AI activity, CRM actions taken, and time saved per member. It answers the question every team lead asks a month in: is my team actually using what I bought? It's the view you live in during week 4 of your rollout and revisit whenever adoption feels soft.

What it shows

  • Top tiles — CRM actions taken, estimated hours saved, active team members, and account-level usage.
  • Where Ace worked — a breakdown of activity across chat, voice, MCP (Claude/ChatGPT), and Ace Trove.
  • Per-member activity — actions, hours saved, and a Last Active date for each agent.
  • What your team used Ace for — leads contacted, emails/texts sent, calls logged, follow-ups, notes, and more.
  • AI Suggestions tab — Ace's proactive, agent-reviewed suggestions (this is where the old Suggestions view lives now).

Five things to do here

  1. Find the non-adopters. Sort by Last Active — anyone stale needs a direct nudge or a refresher.
  2. Reward the leaders. Spotlight your highest-activity agent as an adoption champion.
  3. Right-size seats. A Pro seat with no voice usage may belong on Regular; a busy Regular agent may want Pro.
  4. Tie usage to results. Cross-reference high adopters here with production in Team Cockpit to make the ROI case.
  5. Review AI Suggestions. Check the Suggestions tab for proactive opportunities Ace surfaced.

Frequently asked questions

Where did "Team Performance" go? It was renamed Usage & Adoption — same idea, clearer name, now with a per-member Last Active column.

Is this the same as Team Cockpit? No. Usage & Adoption measures Ace usage; Team Cockpit measures production (GCI, units, response time). Use them together.
