Deal Stage Progression

As transactions move forward, update deal stages with a single sentence. Move from Showing to Offer to Under Contract to Closed, update prices as negotiations progress, and adjust close dates when timelines shift. Every change syncs to FUB in real time.

Agent Performance Tracking

Use fetch_deals filtered by assignedUserId to see each agent's active deals, pipeline value, and projected closings. Compare deal velocity across the team and identify agents who need support or recognition.

End-of-Month Pipeline Report

Pull all deals with projected close dates in the current month. See total pipeline value, deals by stage, and which transactions are at risk of slipping. Make informed decisions about where to focus your team's energy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Ace support multiple pipeline types?

Yes. FUB supports separate deal tracks for buyer deals, seller deals, and lease deals, each with their own custom stages. Ace accesses all pipeline types through fetch_pipelines and can create deals in any track. You can also create custom pipelines for specialized transaction types like commercial or new construction.

Can I track custom data on deals?

Absolutely. FUB deals support custom fields of type text, number, date, and dropdown. Use fetch_deal_custom_fields to see what's configured, then include custom field values when creating or updating deals. Track inspection dates, lender contacts, HOA details, or anything else specific to your workflow.

How do deal stages work?

Each pipeline has ordered stages that represent your transaction workflow. Stages have order weights that define their sequence. Use fetch_stages to see all available stages, then move deals between stages with update_deal. Common progressions go from New Lead through Qualified, Showing, Offer, Under Contract, to Closed.

Can I link multiple contacts to one deal?

Yes. The peopleIds[] parameter on create_deal and update_deal accepts an array of person IDs. Link both spouses on a buyer deal, connect the seller and listing agent, or associate any related contacts. The userIds[] parameter similarly links multiple team members to a transaction.
